What I actually do

For healthtech companies and investors, I evaluate whether products are built to scale or just built to sell. Technical diligence for M&A and investment. Enterprise readiness for founders stuck in pilot purgatory. Regulatory strategy across FDA, HIPAA, and EU AI Act. Board advisory for regulated companies navigating growth.

For healthcare organizations, I wrote the buyer's guides that RHCs, CAHs, and FQHCs are using to evaluate AI tools — grounded in UDS, 340B, cost-based reimbursement, PPS economics, and the operational realities vendors overlook. For organizations that need strategy before they can evaluate, I run cohort workshops that produce a prioritized plan and a funding narrative in a single day.

The connection between the two: every healthtech company I advise becomes better at selling to the organizations I help. Every healthcare organization I work with becomes a more sophisticated buyer that rewards the vendors who've done the work. Both sides benefit from the other side getting better.

Product and compliance executive at AliveCor, Vineti, and endpoint Clinical (LabCorp). Built engineering, product, and compliance functions from scratch. Products serve Moderna, Gilead, NHS, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Carnegie Mellon Chief Data and AI Officer program.
